I Face Xena Live Not Paying Influencer Fee And Using My Image Without Consent

I collaborated with Xena Live as an influencer for a 7-day period between January 28 and February 4, 2026, during which I fulfilled all my obligations by hosting live sessions for 2 hours each night.

Despite this, the payment for this collaboration has not been completed as agreed. In addition to the missing payment, I have discovered that my image is being used in Facebook ads without my explicit consent. I did not grant any rights for the use of my image beyond the agreed collaboration terms, and I was neither informed nor asked for permission for this extended usage.

This situation constitutes a serious breach of our agreement and a violation of my image rights. I previously contacted Xena Live via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.

I demand the immediate removal of all content featuring my image from all platforms where it is being used, particularly from Facebook advertisements and any other promotional materials, without delay.

If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours of receiving this notice and my images are not removed, I will be forced to initiate legal action for unauthorized use of my image, breach of contract, and the financial damages resulting from this situation.

I expect written confirmation as soon as my image has been permanently removed from all channels.
