Unauthorized Microsoft Store 400 Charge for Robux on Xbox—No Support Available
On February 6, 2025, my credit card was charged ₺174.99 for Robux on Xbox, even though I never made this purchase. Additionally, a company called Hevc withdrew ₺2.75 from my account on December 27, 2024 without my authorization.
I reported these unauthorized transactions to my bank, but Microsoft Store provides no way to contact support—there’s no customer service line, no response, and no way to dispute the charge directly. I don’t use this service, and I refuse to pay for something I never bought!
I demand an immediate refund and cancellation of this charge. If my money isn’t refunded, I will file a legal complaint with the authorities. Microsoft, fix this now!
