Microsoft Xbox Account Recovery Failed Despite Ownership Proof
My Microsoft and Xbox account was stolen approximately six to seven months ago, and the account has been under someone else's control ever since. To prove that I am the rightful owner of the account during the security and recovery process, I followed Microsoft's instructions, completed the required recovery form, and provided all requested information.
I supplied the purchase history for transactions made with my credit card, along with all the other evidence requested by the support team. Despite providing all of this proof, I received emails stating that my account had been permanently suspended and that my case had been closed. Even after submitting substantial evidence of ownership, my account has not been restored and it is still not under my control.
I request that Microsoft either fully restore my account to me or refund me for all the games and applications I have purchased on the account over the years and provide an appropriate resolution for the harm and loss I have experienced.
