WhatsApp Support Has Not Explained or Resolved My Account Ban

I have been a continuous WhatsApp user for approximately 10 years, and my account was suddenly restricted and then permanently banned today without any prior warning or clear justification. When I attempt to log in, I am confronted with the message “This account can no longer use WhatsApp” with only an option to check the review status. During these 10 years, I have always abided by WhatsApp’s rules, terms and conditions, and I am not aware of any action, behaviour, or policy violation on my part that would reasonably justify such an extreme sanction. In addition, 10 years of my personal and important communication data are tied to this account, and losing access to it is causing me very serious inconvenience and concern. I have already contacted WhatsApp Support via email and through your web form, yet I have not received a clear explanation for the ban or any effective assistance in restoring my account. The lack of transparency and the severity of the restriction after such long‑term, legitimate use are unacceptable to me. I urgently request a prompt and thorough re‑evaluation of my case, a clear explanation of the specific reason for this ban, and the immediate removal of the restriction on my account so that I can regain full access to my account and data without any further delay.
