WhatsApp OTP Code Not Received on Vivo Y21

I am using a Vivo Y21 phone with the number 97401073** and for the last 2 days in Bangalore, Yeshwanthpur I have not been receiving the WhatsApp OTP verification code needed to activate my account. The verification screen keeps asking for the 6‑digit code, but no SMS or call with the code reaches my number. WhatsApp is very important for me in my daily life and communication, and this situation is causing me serious difficulty. I kindly request that this problem be checked urgently and that my number be enabled to receive the WhatsApp verification code so that my WhatsApp account can be activated again, and that I am informed in writing about the action taken.
