"This Account Can't Use WhatsApp" Ban

I am using a Vivo Y27 Pro phone with the WhatsApp number +91 9080618*** in India. My account suddenly stopped working and I now see the message “This account can't use WhatsApp” stating that the number has violated the Terms of Service. On 1 September 2026 I requested a review from within the app, but my account is still not active. I honestly do not know how this happened. For a while I unknowingly used an unofficial application (WhatsApp Plus), but as soon as I realised this might be a problem I deleted WhatsApp Plus and installed only the official WhatsApp app from the Google Play Store. Even after doing this and trying multiple times, my number has not been reactivated. I respectfully request that my WhatsApp account be reactivated, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for the permanent block and a fair re‑evaluation of my case. This number is important for my daily communication, and I am ready to fully follow WhatsApp’s Terms of Service going forward.
