WhatsApp Falsely Flags Account for Terms Violation and Ignores Support Appeals

I have been using the phone number 91579231** with WhatsApp Business for personal and academic purposes. On 26 August 2026 my WhatsApp Business account was suddenly banned, and since that date I have not been able to access the account. The application only shows the message that this account cannot use WhatsApp and that the number allegedly violates WhatsApp Terms of Service. I was not given any clear explanation about what exact rule was violated, and I have never intentionally used the account for spam, abuse or any illegal activity. I strongly believe that this ban was applied by mistake, because I was only using the account for my academic work and personal communications. After the ban I contacted WhatsApp support through the application and requested a review, but I did not receive any helpful response and my access has still not been restored. This situation is causing serious problems for me because I was using this number mainly for academic and personal communication. I kindly request that my account associated with the number 91579231** be reviewed in detail again, that I be informed clearly about the real reason for the ban, and that my WhatsApp Business access be reinstated and my number unbanned as soon as possible, since I believe there is no concrete and justified violation.
