I am writing regarding my WhatsApp number +91 96433 38***, which has been banned today after I saw a parental control screen and a QR code on my phone. I am 39 years old and this number belongs to me as a parent, not to any child. My child does not use my WhatsApp account, yet I suddenly received a screen about managing a child’s account and then, after this, my number was banned from using WhatsApp. I strongly believe there is a misunderstanding and that my account has been incorrectly flagged as a child’s account. This phone number is also linked to my official documents, including my Aadhaar ID, and is used for important communication. I receive all my child’s school work on this WhatsApp number, and my child has exams starting this coming Monday, so this situation is causing serious disruption for our family. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, remove any incorrect classification related to parental control or child account, and unban my WhatsApp number as soon as possible so that I can continue my normal communication. I am ready to provide any necessary verification to prove that I am an adult and the rightful owner of this number.
