WhatsApp Account Permanently Banned Without Clear Explanation

I am writing regarding my WhatsApp account registered with the number +263 775304***, which has been permanently banned. Since 14 September 2026, whenever I try to access the application I see the message “This account can’t use WhatsApp” and I am unable to use the service at all. This number is very important to me because I use it both for my personal chats and for my business communication. The sudden and permanent ban has disrupted my daily life and my work, and I have not been given any clear explanation or chance to resolve the situation within the app. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be lifted if possible, so that I can continue using WhatsApp for my personal and business communication.
