My WhatsApp account linked to the phone number +265 991134*** was banned about two months ago. Since then I have not been able to use WhatsApp with this number. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that access has been blocked because an unofficial or modified version of the application was used. I have already written to WhatsApp Support about this situation, but I have not received any response. I would like my number to be reviewed and verified, and my WhatsApp account to be restored if possible, or at least to receive a clear explanation and guidance on what I need to do to have it verified and use the service again.
