WhatsApp Account Banned After Creating Local Job Group
I had been actively using my WhatsApp account for many important groups such as family, work, school, course and job announcement groups. Recently, I created a new job announcement group to be useful for people in my area, where employers and job seekers could meet. While I was adding people from my contact list to this group, a temporary restriction appeared. About five hours later, when I tried to add contacts again, I faced another restriction and afterwards my account was completely banned. Since yesterday I have not been able to access my WhatsApp account at all and I cannot enter any of my groups, including the school parent group, education groups, family group and other groups I am a member of. I do not use my account for spam or harmful purposes; my only aim was to create a useful job posting group for my region. Now I cannot receive information from our teacher in the school group, I cannot follow the job announcement group I opened, and I cannot communicate properly with my family and other groups, which puts me in a very difficult situation. I feel seriously aggrieved by this ban, which I believe is a mistake. After my account was banned, I contacted WhatsApp via the “contact us” section in the app and submitted a support request by providing my e‑mail address. However, I have not received a satisfactory response yet. I kindly request that my WhatsApp account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, and that I be informed in detail about the reason for this ban if it is to be maintained.
