I am using WhatsApp on a Redmi Note 5 Pro device with the number 6363561***, and on 31/08/2026 I received the warning “this account can no longer use WhatsApp” and my account was banned. This situation happened suddenly, and I always try to follow all of WhatsApp’s terms and policies. I do not know the specific reason for this ban and I believe it may be a mistake. WhatsApp is very important for me in my daily communication, and this ban has affected me negatively. I kindly request that my account and number be reviewed in detail and that my WhatsApp account be unbanned and restored as soon as possible.
