Restore My WhatsApp Account

My WhatsApp account registered to the number +265882536*** was suddenly banned on 18/08/2026. When I try to open WhatsApp on my Android phone in Malawi, I see the message “This account can't use WhatsApp,” and there is no option to request a review from within the app. This number was used only for personal communication, and I am not aware of any violation of WhatsApp’s terms of service. I did not use any modified WhatsApp applications, and I have no information that anyone reported me or that there was any unusual activity on the account. Because the account is banned, I am unable to access the in‑app support options and therefore I cannot contact WhatsApp Support through the normal channels. I am currently left without access to my personal chats and contacts and have no explanation for this action. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed of the exact reason for the ban, and that my access be restored if there is no clear and justified violation. If there is an issue that needs to be corrected, I also ask to be informed so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
