I Verified My Age With Meta but My WhatsApp Account Is Still Banned

My WhatsApp account linked to the phone number 96125555** was suddenly blocked on 07/04/2026 at around 9:00 PM with a warning related to an alleged age violation, even though I am over 18 years old.

After the restriction was applied, I completed an Aadhaar-based age verification process through Instagram. Meta successfully verified my age there, and more than 48 hours have already passed since the verification was completed. Despite this, my WhatsApp account is still blocked for the same alleged age violation.

This situation is preventing me from using my phone number on WhatsApp even though my identity and age have already been officially confirmed through Meta’s verification process. I do not understand why the restriction is still active when the required verification has already been completed successfully.

I request that my age information be updated correctly across your systems based on the Aadhaar verification already completed through Instagram and that my WhatsApp account connected to 96125555** be reactivated as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation regarding why the block continues despite the successful age verification.
