Complaint For WhatsApp
I use WhatsApp on my Poco X5g device and my account has been placed under review since 30 June. Since that date I have not been able to use my account properly, and I have not received any clear information from WhatsApp about the reason for this review. I have tried to contact WhatsApp support around 7–8 times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation. This situation affects my daily communication and causes serious inconvenience because I rely on WhatsApp for my personal and/or work-related conversations. I request that my account be promptly reviewed again, that I receive a clear explanation about why it was put under review, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible if there is no valid reason to restrict it. I also request a written response so that I can understand what happened and avoid similar issues in the future.
