Wrong Date of Birth on WePlay Preventing Me From Playing With Friends

I am writing regarding an issue with my date of birth information on my WePlay game app account. While setting up the account, my nephew accidentally entered her own date of birth instead of mine. Because of this incorrect date of birth, I am currently unable to take CP and play together properly with my close friend, and this situation has become urgent for me. I noticed this problem around 15 April and, since then, it has been preventing me from using the account as intended. There is no option in the app for me to correct the date of birth myself, so I am stuck with an incorrect age on my account. I kindly request that you change or reset the date of birth on my WePlay game app account to reflect my real date of birth, and if necessary, allow me to verify my identity so the information can be corrected. I would like to be able to take CP and continue playing normally with my friend as soon as possible.
