I Face Age Restriction Login Error on Weplay with iPad 10th Gen
For the past three months, I have been unable to log into my Weplay account. My in-game name is “ZenøsV4”, and I use an iPad 10th Generation device. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive an “User Age Not Eligible” message with the error code 6Q2250885. When I created my account, I intentionally entered a different birth date to hide my real age, and I believe this is now preventing me from accessing my account.
I have already tried restarting both the app and my device, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked. I have not made any payments or subscriptions through my account. I live in Bursa, and this issue occurs every single time I try to log in.
I request that my account be reactivated and that a proper solution be provided for the age verification issue. I expect Weplay to resolve this matter promptly so I can regain access to my account without further delays.
