While using the WePlay platform on my iPhone, I tried to withdraw the 30K balance in my account, but my money was suddenly frozen and I could not complete the withdrawal process. The system states that my balance will be returned after 24 hours, but during this time I cannot access my money, which has caused serious inconvenience and frustration.
