WePlay Failed to Act After I Reported Disturbing Messages
Approximately one week ago, I experienced a serious issue with another user on the WePlay platform, and I would like this account to be investigated and, if necessary, permanently banned. The user in question sent extremely inappropriate messages through the chat system, which made me very uncomfortable. The user ID of the account involved is 75918238.
After the incident, I used WePlay’s complaint and reporting systems to report the account. However, despite time passing, I have not received any response or update regarding the matter. I also have screenshots and evidence of the inappropriate conversations that took place, and I am prepared to provide them if requested.
I ask that WePlay take user safety — especially situations involving inappropriate and disturbing content — seriously by thoroughly investigating the reported account and applying permanent sanctions if violations are confirmed. I also kindly request that I be informed about the outcome and progress of this process.
