WePlay Banned My Account for Someone Else's Abusive Messages
I am writing to complain about my account on WePlay being banned for 24 hours in a game room due to allegations that I used abusive words, which I believe is an unfair restriction. On 28 June, I was in a game room where another user wrote abusive words in the chat. I did not use abusive or insulting language myself, yet my account was banned for 24 hours on the grounds of abusive behaviour. I have tried to reach support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my 24‑hour ban be lifted immediately and that the relevant chat logs be reviewed so it can be clearly seen that the abusive messages were written by the other user, not me. I kindly ask you to restore my access as soon as possible and to correct this unfair sanction on my account.
