WePlay Account Blocked Without Reason, Need Suspension Removed
My WePlay account was suddenly blocked today without any prior warning or explanation. When I open the WePlay app, a window appears in the community section stating that my account is blocked, and I can only see options such as “Tips”, “Customer Service” and “Confirm”, but there is no clear information about the reason or the duration of the block. I have not received any email or in‑app notification explaining why this happened or how long the suspension will last. This situation is very frustrating because I cannot use my account, and I do not know what I supposedly did wrong. I kindly request that my account be checked as soon as possible, that I be informed clearly why my account was blocked and for how long, and that the suspension be lifted if there is no valid reason or if it was a mistake. I would like to have my access to the WePlay app restored and to receive a clear explanation regarding this block.
