I am writing about my Weplay mobile app account, which has recently been banned. When I try to access my profile, I see the message “This account has been banned”. I understand that the ban was applied due to trash-talking. I admit my mistake and I am aware that my behavior did not comply with the community rules. I respect your rules and I am willing to follow them strictly from now on. I kindly request that you review my account once more and consider giving me another chance by lifting the ban.
