Urgent WePlay Account Recovery - Linked Google


I am writing regarding an urgent access problem with my WePlay account caused by the “Safety Verification” SMS check. My registered phone number is blocked and completely unavailable, so I cannot receive the verification code, even though my linked Google account is fully active and in use on my Android device. My WePlay account is linked to the Google email address afzala***[email protected] and my WePlay ID/username is 868757***. The phone number currently registered to the account is 03713178***, which is now blocked and cannot be recovered. I have made in‑app purchases on this account via JazzCash and I have the official payment receipt. One of the transactions has the JazzCash Transaction ID (TID) T2026052813382091122342, which I am sharing to help you confirm my ownership of the account. Today I lost access to my account because I am unable to pass the SMS safety check with the blocked number. I have already reached out to WePlay support about this problem but I still do not have a solution and remain locked out of my account. I kindly request that you verify my account and update my phone number from the old, blocked number 03713178*** to my new number 03446570***. Once this change is made, I will be able to receive the safety verification SMS and regain access to my WePlay account. I expect your urgent assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
