I am using the WePlay Party Games voice chat application on an Android phone in Haryana, India, and my device has been banned. When I try to log in, the screen shows “device ban” and I am unable to access my old account or create and log in with any new ID. I did not receive any clear information or warning before this ban, and I have not received any reply or explanation from the support side. Because of this, I do not know the exact reason for the ban, and I am completely unable to use the application on my device. I request that my device ban be reviewed and removed so that I can use WePlay Party Games again on my Android phone. I also kindly ask you to clearly explain the reason for this device ban so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
