My WePlay Account Suspended for Months Without Explanation or Warning

My WePlay account was suspended around five months ago without any explanation or clear reason. I did not receive any warning or detailed information about which rule was allegedly violated. I would like to clearly state that any possible rule violation was not done by me personally. My brother took my mobile phone and apparently did something that may have broken WePlay’s rules, but this was done without my knowledge and without my consent. Despite this, my account is the one that has been suspended and I have lost access to it. The phone number linked to my WePlay account is 9743769***. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the suspension be lifted, or at least that the situation be reconsidered with a warning instead of a permanent block. I want to continue using WePlay and I am ready to follow all rules carefully going forward. I ask that my account be reactivated after this review so that I can regain access to my games and progress.
