I Need WePlay to Unban My Phone Number and Explain the Violation


I recently tried to create a new WePlay account using my new phone number, 93519510**, on my Vivo T3x device. From the very first attempt in February 2026, I received a message saying that my account is banned due to “moments and violation”, even though I had never used this number on WePlay before. I do not understand how this number could already be banned, as I have not done anything wrong and I only wanted to register to play and communicate with my friends. I submitted appeals to have the account unbanned, but every time my request is simply closed without any action or explanation, and I am left without access. I kindly request that you thoroughly check this situation, explain clearly why this number is banned, and unban the phone number 93519510** so that I can create and use a normal WePlay account.
