I Keep Seeing a Strange Screen Glitch on My WePlay Phone Since June 11

Since Wednesday, June 11, my phone has been acting up with a bizarre screen error exactly like the one shown in the photo I attached. It appears suddenly, and I have no idea what’s causing it. I’m seriously frustrated because I use my phone for everything, and this glitch is making it nearly impossible to trust the device. I haven’t dropped it, I haven’t downloaded any sketchy apps, and nothing unusual happened before this started.
Is anyone else dealing with this same issue? Or is it just me? Either way, this needs to be addressed immediately. WePlay, if this is some kind of software or hardware bug, then it’s your responsibility to fix it—fast. Don’t leave your customers hanging with broken devices and no answers. I expect a prompt solution or at least some real communication explaining what's going on.
