How to Appeal Permanent Voice Room Bans on WePlay Party Game

I am writing about my Weplay account being permanently banned from the voice room without any violation on my side. When I try to access my profile, I see the message “This account has been banned”. My Weplay account ID is 720564778 and it is a level 17 account that I have spent time and effort to build. I have not used cheats, abusive language, harassment or any other behaviour that would violate the rules, and I did not receive any clear explanation or warning before this permanent ban. I kindly request that my account and voice room access be reviewed in detail, that I be informed of the exact reason and evidence for this ban, and that my account be unbanned if no valid violation can be proven. I want to continue using my Weplay account normally and I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
