Unauthorized 49.99 CNY Charge from WeChat, Need Help Resolving the Issue

I recently noticed two unauthorized charges of 49.99 CNY each from my WeChat account, and I have no idea how this happened. The transaction description shows "weixin scan QR code," but it makes no sense to me as I haven’t used my card for a long time, nor have I saved my card details anywhere. I’m very concerned about how this occurred and need immediate help to resolve the issue and get my money refunded. Can someone please explain what’s going on and guide me on how to prevent this from happening again? This is very frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
