Watsons Order Not Ready For Pickup - No Customer Support

I made a purchase through the Watsons online app on October 31. Since I was going to be out of town the next day, I chose the Watsons store at Cevahir Mall for delivery. When I placed my order, it stated that it would be ready within an hour for pickup. Three hours later, I went to the store, but I was told that my order wasn’t there and that I had placed the wrong order. When I tried to explain, the staff dismissed me, saying, “You made the mistake yourself,” and I left the store frustrated. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach Watsons customer service, but I haven’t been able to get any response through either the phone number or the online support line. I believe the people you employ as customer service representatives should actually be there to help.
