Request To Unban My Waplog Account

I have been using the Waplog application on my Android phone and my account was suddenly banned about one week ago. I did not receive any clear explanation about what I supposedly did wrong and I believe this ban was made by mistake. Since the ban, I have tried to reach Waplog support but I have not been able to contact anyone or get any response. I am not aware of any action that would violate the terms of service and I always tried to use the application in a normal and respectful way. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and the ban be lifted if no real violation is found. I would like my Waplog account to be reactivated so that I can continue using the service.
