Manipulated 2018 Model Volvo S60 T3 from Second-hand Market - Unethical

I thought I had done everything I needed to do, so I trusted the dealership and service center that sold me the car. I was surprised to discover that the car had been in an accident before and to make matters worse, the mileage had been altered before it was sold as a used car. Consequently, I ended up with a car that was not at all what I had anticipated. I felt disappointed and deceived. It's disappointing to think that the institutions responsible for ensuring the quality and authenticity of a vehicle would participate in deceptive practices. The Volvo car and the Otokoc dealership should have been more responsible. Although authorized dealerships are generally considered reliable look what happened to me!!
