Vitra Refuses to Replace Defective Sink with Hairline Cracks Over Missing Receipt

In our newly purchased home, both bathrooms feature Vitra brand sinks. The large, expensive sink in the main bathroom has developed hairline cracks over the past 3–4 years. These cracks have become more prominent over time, leading me to seriously doubt the quality of the product.
My uncle experienced a similar issue in his home with a non-Vitra sink installed by a contractor, and his sink was replaced free of charge after 7 years. Furthermore, that company assisted him even though he did not have the original invoice.
Prompted by his experience, I called the Kadıköy Fikirtepe Vitra customer service, but they told me no action could be taken without an invoice. Since the house was built by a contractor, we were never given the invoices. Expecting me to track down an invoice from a contractor years later is an unrealistic and anti-consumer approach. I believe that warranty and age assessments can easily be determined using the brand stamps, serial information, and installation dates present on the product itself.
For a major brand like Vitra to stubbornly insist on a "no invoice, no service" policy for a sink that develops hairline cracks over time shows a complete failure to stand behind their product. I am deeply disappointed with both the product's quality and the brand's approach to customer satisfaction.
My expectation from Vitra is an on-site inspection of the cracked, expensive, and large sink in the main bathroom, followed by a free replacement under the scope of a defective product. Vitra has been a complete disappointment to me, and I absolutely do not recommend this brand to consumers.
