Vibeshort Kept Charging My Card After I Canceled

I purchased a one-week subscription to the Vibeshort mini-series app through the Google Play Store and paid only for the initial week of access. Before the subscription period ended, I personally canceled my subscription, and I also received a notification from Google Play confirming that the subscription would end. Despite this, my card continued to be charged without my knowledge or authorization.

Unauthorized charges of 485 TL each, totaling 1,454 TL (approximately $30), appear to have been made to my Ziraat Bank card on August 11, 20, 22, and 25, 2026. I never gave any additional authorization to renew my membership, and despite having canceled the subscription, the system continued to charge me. I consider these charges completely unauthorized and unjustified.

I request the immediate refund of the total 1,454 TL (approximately $30) charged to my card by the Vibeshort app and the associated Google Play payment system. I also request that my subscription and all related payment authorizations be permanently canceled immediately. In addition, I want any saved card information associated with the service to be deleted for security reasons.
