If Viber is not delivering messages even with internet,
Check message status first;
• Look at the tick marks:
– One tick → sent
– Two ticks → delivered
• If stuck on one tick:
– Issue is on receiver side or network
Verify recipient status;
• Possible reasons:
– User is offline
– Phone is off
– No internet on their side
– You may be blocked
• Try sending to another contact to confirm
Fix your connection properly;
• Even if internet works:
– Switch Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data
– Turn airplane mode ON/OFF
• Weak routing can delay delivery
Disable restrictions;
• Check:
– Battery saver OFF
– Background data ON
– Data saver OFF
• These can block message delivery silently
Update & refresh app;
• Update Viber to latest version
• Force stop → reopen app
• Clear cache (Android) if needed
Check if you’re blocked;
• Signs:
– Messages never deliver
– Calls don’t go through
• If yes:
– You cannot force delivery
Reinstall as last step;
• Backup chats first
• Delete → reinstall → verify number
