Viagogo Fails to Refund My $200 Balance – System Always Unavailable

I have a $200 balance remaining on my Viagogo account after purchasing a ticket. While the system shows a refund option, every time I attempt to transfer the balance back to my card, I receive an error stating, “Please try again later.” It’s suspicious that their system works perfectly when accepting payments but conveniently fails when it’s time to issue refunds.

This issue has persisted despite multiple attempts. I expect Viagogo to resolve this immediately and process my refund without further excuses. Customers should not have to struggle to retrieve their own money. Viagogo must ensure their refund system functions properly and demonstrate better transparency and reliability.
