Viagogo Automatically Removes My Ticket Listing
I purchased two tickets through Viagogo for a concert in Istanbul on February 3. Due to a funeral in our family, we were unable to attend the concert, so I wanted to relist the tickets for sale at the same price. However, even though I have listed them for sale three times since 5:00 PM today, the system automatically removes the listing shortly afterward each time and cancels my sale.
The platform’s AI-powered messaging system claims that I entered the information incorrectly. However, we have checked the details multiple times, and everything is correct, yet the tickets are still not kept active for sale. As a result, I am effectively unable to exercise my right to resell my tickets through Viagogo.

I request that Viagogo investigate the issue of my tickets being automatically removed from sale without any valid reason, ensure that my listing remains active without being canceled by the system, and allow me to resell my tickets smoothly at the price I originally paid.
