VFS Global Hasn’t Responded About My Visa Appointment and My Trip Is Approaching
For some reason, VFS Global has been one of the most annoying services I've ever used. The whole process of getting a visa interview for my upcoming trip has been a nightmare. Their online booking system is always broken, making it nearly impossible to find a slot that works. When I called their customer service, a rep told me that they would look into my case and get back to me within 48 hours. I haven't heard anything back after more than a week. My trip is coming up quickly, and I might lose the money I've already spent on flights and hotels that I can't get back. It's very disappointing that there is a lack of respect and communication.
