I am extremely frustrated with the Vestel AF-8685 YS Built-in Oven I purchased. Despite using it only ten to fifteen times since our recent wedding, it has broken down three times, causing us significant inconvenience. The issues have included the digital display malfunctioning, the touch screen not responding, and the oven failing to operate altogether.

When I contacted customer service, I explained that this product seems to have manufacturing defects. However, they insisted that the problem could be resolved by replacing parts, despite the fact that the oven has already undergone three repairs. Even the technicians admitted that the oven is prone to overheating, which causes these failures. Now, they claim that a new screen has been developed and will fix the issue. But what good is a device that has needed four repairs already?

During my conversations with customer service, I was told that after three service attempts, I would be eligible for a replacement or refund. Yet, they are now saying that they can only offer further repairs. This inconsistency is unacceptable.

I believe that H*** G***, one of the employees I dealt with, needs to improve their customer communication skills. Such behavior does not reflect well on a Turkish brand like Vestel. I regret buying all my home appliances from Vestel, including the refrigerator, deep freezer, air conditioner, oven, microwave, range hood, stove, washing machine, and dryer. I advise others against choosing Vestel, as their support is inadequate, and they leave customers in difficult situations.

To O*** Y***, General Manager of Vestel Customer Service: if you experienced this issue in your home and were treated this way, what would you do? I demand that my oven be replaced under warranty. This is my right as a customer. I do not want to pay for service fees after the warranty expires because this product has a chronic defect. Please replace my oven as soon as possible. Vestel, do not continue to inconvenience your customers. If this situation is not resolved,

I will take legal action.
