Valorant Unfairly Banned Me, Their Reasoning Is Nonsensical

Hello I have been playing Valorant for 3 years, I reached level 610 and purchased more than 10,000 TL, but Riot Games hijacked my account, I bought a new PC, I installed Valorant to play on it with 2 hands, but there was a device ban on the PC, so my account may have received an automatic permanent ban, we said from the Riot support team. I asked for help by explaining the incident and while the device ban I received was 3 months old, my account was permanently banned because I logged in during this period, which is another tragedy. It is very annoying to see that your account, which you have worked hard for all this time, has been restricted. So I can understand your concern. I would like to enlighten you on this matter. When we reviewed your account, we discovered that the device you last logged in to was using 3rd party software that would harm Valorant's fair competition environment. This device has received a "device restriction" for this reason. Your account has been permanently banned because you tried to access Valorant from this device before this device restriction expired. Device restrictions last 121 days from the moment Vanguard detects cheating on that device and imposes a penalty. After 121 days, you can continue playing Valorant with a new account after making sure you have cleared your device of all malware. I know it's a pretty sharp and heavy sanction, but in order to protect Valorant's fair competitive environment and player community, we have to be strict against all attempts that could lead to injustice. We believe that you, as a player, will understand us on this matter. I hope I was able to explain. If you have anything different in mind, we will be here to support you.
