Valorant: Tried-On Skins Non-Refundable?

How the hell am I supposed to know if I would enjoy the skins if I don't try them in-game, and after you try it in-game, it's no longer refundable!!! Are you kidding me, mates??? It's a digital object, what's the difference if I used it or not? Did I break the weapon skins or are they no longer available for anyone because I purchased it?? What's going on? I don't really understand this refund policy in Valorant. This cannot be legal, and I am really disappointed with Riot Games!!! You won't be getting a cent out of me from now on!
