Riot Games Valorant Refund Denied – Ignoring Right to Cancel
I submitted a refund request for my purchase through Riot Games Player Support (#111563729), but I was told that because I used the item, a refund was not possible. This is completely unfair!
According to online shopping regulations, customers have 14 days to request a refund, yet Riot Games is ignoring this consumer right and instead applying their own internal policies to reject my request. How can I test an item without using it? Other gaming companies allow refunds, but this is the first time I’ve received such a response.
