Valorant Crashes on Agent Select Screen During Ranked Matches

While trying to enter ranked matches in Valorant, the game consistently crashes at the agent selection screen and forces me out. To make sure it wasn’t a device issue, I even tested on another computer, but the same problem occurred. This shows that the issue is not related to my hardware and is likely a game-side problem.

I have invested money into this account, so encountering such a persistent error is very upsetting. Being thrown out at agent select not only prevents me from playing properly but also risks penalties and rank losses, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

I request that Riot Games urgently investigate this error and provide a fix so players are not unfairly penalized during ranked matchmaking. I also ask that any losses or penalties I received due to this crash be reviewed and compensated. I expect a quick and fair resolution to restore both my confidence and my enjoyment of the game.
