I Keep Getting VAL 5 Error on Valorant and Still Haven’t Received a Response

Every single time I try to play Valorant, I get hit with the same VAL 5 error, and I’m honestly fed up. This issue has been going on for far too long, and it's completely ruining my experience. I’ve lost all motivation to even launch the game anymore because I know it’ll just crash before I can get into a match.
What’s worse is that I’ve tried contacting Riot Games through emails, but I haven’t received a single response. How is it that such a widely known problem—one that affects thousands of players—is still unresolved? I’m not the only one facing this, yet Riot has made no visible progress in fixing the VAL 5 error.
I expect Riot to step up and address this error immediately. I don’t want automated replies or vague troubleshooting guides—I need a permanent fix. Please stop ignoring your player base and take responsibility for the technical issues plaguing your platform.
