Troubles with Insta-Locking and Random KP Distribution in Valorant Ranked Matches

While playing ranked matches in Valorant, three players insta-locked their agents. I picked S***, and when the match started, J*** started cursing and wrote, "I'm a smurf... You guys are done." Despite this, I began performing well. Towards the end, I fell behind, but I provided the team with rotations, predictions, and tactics. I left many enemies low on health and had 14 assists, using my skills effectively. However, the game ranked me 4th and only awarded me 13 KP, which seems random. This is incredibly frustrating, especially with smurf accounts. One player dealt 50 damage, and we wonder how we can rank up. Additionally, the player who dealt 50 damage with J*** lost the match. Personally, if I were a smurf and lost a match after dealing 50 damage, I would uninstall the game.
