Riot Games has indefinitely suspended my Valorant account, which I hadn't used for a long time. They claim the suspension is due to third-party software usage. However, during the period they referenced, I did not log into the account at all. No one else could have accessed it either, as my Valorant account is securely linked to my Google account.

I invested around 405₺ into the game back in 2021, and now it feels like all of that has been completely wasted. When I submitted a support ticket to Riot Games to explain my situation, they didn't provide a real response — they simply closed my ticket and marked it as "resolved" without addressing my concerns.

I am extremely disappointed by how this has been handled. I demand Riot Games thoroughly review my case and reinstate my account as soon as possible. I trusted this platform, and this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
