I Got Unfairly Banned for 28 Days in Valorant Without Going AFK Even Once

I received a 28-day ban in Valorant for allegedly going AFK—even though I never left my computer or disconnected from a match. I was actively playing the whole time, so the punishment makes absolutely no sense. I immediately submitted a support ticket to Riot Games to clarify the situation, but the response I received was incredibly dismissive: “There’s nothing we can do.” They even said they would no longer respond to my future messages.
I know I’m not the only one affected—many players are complaining about similar false bans. This makes me seriously question the reliability of Riot’s penalty system. It’s not only frustrating, it’s deeply unfair to loyal players like me.
Valorant used to be my favorite game, but now I feel let down and ignored. I’m requesting Riot to urgently review my case, remove the unfair suspension, and restore trust in the support process. This needs to be fixed—not just for me, but for everyone being penalized unjustly.
