I Demand a $9 Refund After Hesappazarimm Sold Me an Unusable Valorant Code

On August 7, 2026, at 8:58 PM, I placed an order for Valorant Points worth $9 on Hesappazarimm. After my payment was received and my order was confirmed, I was provided with a code; however, the code sent to me turned out to be invalid and could not be redeemed.

Despite completing my payment and receiving an order confirmation, I am left stranded because a valid code was never delivered. This transaction is registered under reference number p178612377515183828617654166201.

I demand that the invalid code be replaced immediately with a working Valorant Points code, or that the $9 I paid be refunded to me.
