I Cannot Redeem the Valorant Points Code I Bought From Hesappin
Approximately one day ago at around 3:14 AM, I purchased a Valorant VP code through Hesappin. I completed the payment using my Troy bank card for approximately $18, and my order number for the transaction is 91783. However, after the purchase, the VP code sent to me turned out to be invalid when I tried redeeming it in the game, and I was unable to use it.
After this issue occurred, I contacted support through the website in writing. My request currently appears as “In Process,” but even though more than 24 hours have passed, I still have not received any response. I also sent messages to the WhatsApp support line, but my messages were not even seen and I received absolutely no reply.
Because the code I purchased was invalid and all of my support requests have been ignored, I am experiencing serious frustration and inconvenience. I request a full refund for the approximately $18 payment I made for this unusable transaction and that this issue with my account be resolved urgently.
The code turned out to be invalid, the support team didn't get back to me, my WhatsApp messages were not seen, and I'm waiting for my refund of ₺720.
