Hesappin Sold Me a Permanently Banned Valorant Account
On January 14, 2026, I purchased a Valorant account through Hesappin. The account delivery process was extremely delayed, and I had to wait nearly a full week before the account was finally provided to me. After all that waiting, I discovered another serious issue when I logged into the account: the Valorant account was permanently banned.
I have been dealing with this issue for approximately one month, yet I still have not received any proper response or solution from Hesappin. I created support tickets through their website and also contacted their Instagram account multiple times, but none of my messages were answered.
I suffered financial and emotional frustration, both because of the delayed delivery and because the Valorant account they eventually provided was permanently banned and completely unusable. My order number is 68470. I urgently demand that Hesappin provide me with a new, fully functional Valorant account without any bans or restrictions and properly resolve the inconvenience and damages I have experienced.
